Health Insurance customer center, since it‘s establishment of Seoul center in 2006, is providing the best consulting service as the largest scale, comparing of other public organizations by opening Busan, Daegu, Gwangju, Daejeon center in 2008, and headquarters CRM center in 2012.

NHIS provides services for the language vulnerable class (such as foreigners and the hearing impaired) by giving counseling in English, Chinese, Vietnamese and a sign language
